    Keto low carb here. Packed my lunch, snacks, drinks for the day and walked 15 min every hour. Stuck to plan! 🎉🎉🎉

    3 eggs cooked in a tiny bit of butter. 3 small burgers for lunch. Supper was 1 burger and a serving of cottage cheese ( hospital cafeteria food because I brought my brother for a heart ablation surgery) Then a bowl of plain yogurt when I finally got home. The yogurt was a comfort food decision, but I’m happy with today! Go Terri!!!!❤

    Hi Terri,
    Awww..your encouragement means so much!
    I keep my carbs lower.
    This morning was 3 eggs, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese.
    Lunch was 1 Chicken Sandwich.
    About 5 o’clock, a small bowl of cereal.
    I drink water through the day.
    I don’t snack, which use to be my weakness. I would graze all day.
    So true…one day at a time.

      That is awesome, that you know your weakness and don't snack. kick butt!!! do you eat your cottage cheese cooked into your eggs or eat it cold like a side dish?

    I did well today, although it wasn’t easy. Scrambled eggs for breakfast, roast beef for lunch, and shrimp for supper. I’m starting to get hungry, so I’m reheating a little more roast beef before I go to bed. From experience, I know the first 3-4 days will be hard, then it will be easy. Ketosis will kick in, and my cravings will go away.

      yesssss that first bit can be rediculously hard!!! I'm so proud of you for staying the course. I'd rather eat too much of the thing i'm supposed to eat, vs slipping in with something that i know i shouldn't

      You know what... it's just fine. we need to use up what we have first. I could have waited about 3 more days and then started based on my pickled veg, cottage cheese, and yogurt lol.
      I was just wanting to get a jump and do it!

    Last week was the Calgary Stampede which meant free pancake breakfast for 10 days!!!!! I definitely indulged but I am not upset. Started my re-set this week, mostly eggs and beef. Thanks for the quick check in.

    Oh...I checked in on your morning vid!🤭 Air fryer pork belly all day till 330PM, water till i got in the bed. Needed to reset with fatty meat. I feel GREAT!! Ground beef and eggs tomorrow 👍

      I am going to buy some pork belly one day. i got some sliced once but it was more like bacon i think i'll buy the kind not sliced so I can try it in larger pieces

    Hi sweetheart ❤ I did pants during the day as I had coffee and lots of carbs in my milk. BUT I turned it around for dinner and had fatty pork steak 🥩 for dinner and I’m right on tract and very happy. I’m up with lovely detox symptoms, but I don’t care as I’m doing it. Yippee 🥳 indeed. So pleased you day went well and well done flower 🌸 And we love ❤ you my beautiful friend. PS I canceled my cleaner today as I don’t want coffee ☕ smells in my house. I’m paying her of course, it’s not her fault. And she’s on holiday next week. A bit of dust never hurt anyone. I’d rather stick on plan right now. Go us all doing it.       hello! I use:
      1 serving keto chow powder
      1 serving skim milk
      then i shake it up and divide it into 2 of the creami containers, and add water until it hits the fill line.
      it's not super strong and doesn't cause me to have cravings from the flavor, and the water dilutes it so it's less calories :)
      oh and sometimes I use gelatin
