Same as SK, RPC receive the 3rd weather, which is Stellar (30% when Astral Ring activate, 10% when Stellar Outburst)
Here's my first impression of Lantern
Lantern is another finger breaking valk for this new version
She have 3 weapon mode, crossbow + shotgun + machine gun, can be change by pressing weapon with some cd
I wouldn't say she is complicated, but she is the same as Thelema in term of sequence that need to be used which need lots of experiment and test to find proper sequence
Her evade can attack as well, and it can fill up the bar as well so you can't really just spam attack button over and over
So her gameplay is mostly attack + evade, over and over until full bar, and press weapon button whenever it's available
It will spawn clone for few second to assist attack
Stellar Outburst is quite similar to Thelema, I don't read much what it does so I'll leave at that for now
Stellar Outburst also allow Lantern to automatically switch weapon mode so you basically just press attack until it ends
Since she have lots of hitcount, she probably will use Fire Affix, same as Luna due to lower multiplier but I'm not sure
For this run, I'm using just full PSY 23x6 ATK line since it'll take me forever to reroll fire affix, cuz I can't read CN lol
So yeah, dmg wise she could be really strong, but gameplay wise, she is very bland
Also, this account is actually worst than being F2P, missing tons of DK and some part 1 missing rank and stigmata so I can't really test older valk against new boss like Fire Mobius, GG

hmm kinda agree with them
she's kinda fun but kinda slow with the combo
and it takes time for her charge attack plus the skill effects is lacking but yes this is beta so lets hope for a change while in beta

Can i ask some advice? I already have thelema fullset and i want make the 2nd part trio, what should i prioritize? Get senadina + fullset or get lantern+fullset or just getting senadina and lantern and focus the wp later?

Get Senadina and her weapon first, she has elemental breach and the forgeable weapon is too bad, Thelema and Lantern will need her to be good, so just get Lantern when she reruns if you don't have enough crystals

Thank goodness I don't have the funds to roll for Lantern, because I also don't have the funds to get Fire affix... How strange that we got two valks that want elemental damage affix in relatively quick succession

Rather simple animations for a 2024 valk not gonna lie I was expecting something much more extra and explosive given her personality in the story

As cool as Lantern looks and conceptually sounds, her gameplay just looks so... Boring and bland. Especcially compared to like Sena/Thelema. Maybe her gameplay is more fun to actually play though? I dunno. Submachine gun is particularly disappointing.

some people will find it fun, unlike Thelema where she is mostly solo 100% of the time
for Lantern team, Sena and Thelema can actually be switched it and deal some dmg + restore Astral Ring Intensity
you have to try it yourself on live later and see whether u like it or not, only watching won't really give feel much to it
I'm a little biased since I'm still stuck with part 1 and rotation enthusiast

For Sena debatable, but more boring than Thelema tho? Her kit is literally fill up the stacks then Combo atk. Lantern also fills the bar into some attack but at least she's switching the gear, hence more fun, no?

@@NyllHzriI miss the time when chars had they own role even if it was silly and sometimes boring but… now it’s still not like not-gacha game but it’s also no basic hi3 and it’s weird
Also new bosses are the same like old ones but… just for new valks lmao
