Beware that there’s a lot of miss information in the comments. When it’s safe for me to do so, I’ll tell you why the Govt. came for me (with proof). But right now if I do that, my blacklisting could be extended. Plus we’re in the Delhi Hight Court fighting, so that process must happen first.

I'm a Japanese. I'm living in India for past 4 years. I know my limits in india, One can't protests against or favour for govt by having tourist visa.. I think u would have heard about jakob , A German who was studying in IIT Madras had forced to leave india bcoz of his participation in Anti CAA protests. Same goes for U.. Now don't act like a victim. Being a foreigner u should have more concerned about the visa policy of India.

They are busy building ram temple collecting 5000 crores. 😕😕 when people are dying of Covid they are scamming people by blocking all other vaccines and pushing funds to Serum institute .. they wont touch currupted politicians assets , they wont touch currupted government employees assets ,, they wont touch swiss bank list (promised in demonization but never done 🤣) . We the people just believe that some day some miracle will happen like they show in movies some youth taking over country but it wont happen at all. 😕😕

Even if he is not Indian, Indian government should think it twice and warn him before banning him. He is not shahid afridi or daaud abrahim. Despite of being his follower I think that he should be blacklisted from the country...bcuz
Foreigners who are here in India under tourist Visas are not allowed to protest against laws passed by the Indian Parliament. Violating the law can attract provisions of the Foreigners Act, 1946 and Foreigners (Amendment) Act, 2004.
Also, it can attract provisions of Section 121 of the IPC that deals with waging war against the Government of India or abetting the same.
for us the laws of our country matters the most don't they ? if INDIA removes his name from blacklist then the foreign youtubers (mainly the reaction channels, street interviewers who are gaining view by using INDIA's name) they all can come in INDIA and start protesting. So this is the reason why I am totally in favor of INDIAN govt. I am bounded by my country's law and would not tolerate if any other person especially foreigners would try to violate them....

You want to know why you are black listed ? Here’s the reason, you were involved in the anti CAA protests, which is in clear violation of the foreigners act of 1946 and 2004, you were in violation of your visa, you can’t be participating in protests on visiting or travel visa, you did this to yourself no one is to blame, you also made a video on it yourself you self incriminated yourself, why don’t you tell the entire story? Being separated from your family isn’t really a good situation and I pity that, but sir you did this to yourself. Even the judiciary won’t be able to help you, you clearly violated the laws and you know it, don’t play the victim now. And also make the video public so that people can see why you were black listed. Your wife has all the right to protest she’s an Indian citizen, you aren’t an Indian citizen. In your video, a times now reporter comes upto you and asks if you’re covering the protest or taking part in it, and I quote you “ taking part in it...... both, taking part and covering it”

For those who are supporting him and abusive Indian government...Plz do some research they are not treating him in an awful way...He had violate many laws that you can't do with tourist visa...So if you don't know both sides don't support anyone without actually knowing the truth...No hate to him, he is not a bad guy but he shouldn't do that. But I do not know why he haven't mention what he had done. He took the rules granted when you visit any country you should follow their rules💜
