What policy was created before the key provider was enabled and what are the specs? Is the policy required?

No manual policy was created. Just added the key provider which is available in vCenter 7 by default.

@virtualTechBox followed your instructions however i go the following: License not available to perform the operation. The vSphere 7 Standard license for "Host" xxxxxx does not include "vSphere VM Encryption". Upgrade the license. any ideas? thanks
