What a nice looking Bike! but i think you should go for the 690 supermotard front fender, but it’s so common with the 690 fender so stick to your choice.

Heyy That fender and the motocrossplate looks really nice! This bike starts to look better than I thought it would be from the beginning! (mostly because I don't like the 2017-2018 look) XD

is grinding your tire like that safe, especially when doing tight corners? can you do the same thing to the front tire if it hits the fork guards?
That front fender looks almost exactly the same as older ktms supermoto fron fender (2003-2007) which isnt exactly hard to get and does fit your bikes fender mounts also

You can also fit new FS fender, however both looks way better than old SMR/SMC fender 😁

isnt it bad for the tire to cut a piece off so you dont get chain rub ?
(it's advised to lube the shafts when you put them in. Otherwise they might not come out next time)
Is that chain rub bad? Just mounted my wheels and it had the same...
cant you just take the forks and forkbridge from a SMC-R or SMR and put it on the exc?

For the rear wheel you could just flip the chain ajuster instead breaking your chain and doing it again

Not much of a problem unless you're racing. The tyre is so phat that it shouldn't affect street riding. Then again a proper sized tyre always looks better ;)
yeah but I know on my SM I use all the tire size so idk if that might be dangerous

Can you tell me those tire sizes? I have a 500 exc I finished on my youtube page but my tires seem much smaller. Like not beefy enough. Yours look better, I tried to zoom in on the video but couldnt see the sizes, thanks.

So how much wide it's the cushed hub compared to the stock? Can you get the rear sprocket aligned with the front? I want to put one of this on my Xr650r but I can't get the sprockets aligned 😭
I have actually got now one rim with cishhub and one without. So now finally I can figure this thing out. I will discuss it in a future video i think. if not I will post it on IG.
