I don’t think either Isabelle and Tom Nook even sleep since resident service stays open 24/7 even at night they only time they leave that place is for coffee or group stretches and tom definitely mainly leaves if he follows you to work that one time in the dlc. But honestly the resident services building kind of doesn’t close and stays open all night long. The shops that close and most likely go to sleep are Timmy&Tommy/Nooks Cranny and the able sisters.

Yes, we can occasionally see them lie on a bed, etc but not actually sleep. 🤷♀️ Half of them don't even have a bed in their house. Or even a couch. So you can't say for sure if they do in fact sleep.

Resident services #2 It would probably lead to a sleeping room because when the player’s not around they can go inside and sleep in the night. (Although resident services are 24 hrs open, this is less likely to happen) Resident services #3 It can also lead to a bathroom because Tom Nook drinks coffee 100% of the time and he really needs to pee alot.
