MBLAQ = didn't know much about them until I saw them while watching Invincible Youth: Season 1 where they appeared on several episodes with G7. I stopped to watch "Y" MV (they had a contest on IY using that song..lol). Now I'm an MBLAQ fan and I've been through all of their music on Spotify. They have some great bops. I think MBLAQ was severely underappreciated and underrated. Was it agency issues? management issues? I know Rain ran the company that managed them if I'm not mistaken. GO, Thunder bias here.

Ben here. A friend of mine absolutely loves Invincible Youth so I'm sure she discovered them there too haha. Yeah, MBLAQ were under Rain's agency J.Tune Camp and Rain had a big hand in planning their releases and writing some of their songs/choreos (you can thank him for Y, G.O.O.D Luv and the lyrics and choreo of Oh Yeah). They were pretty popular in Korea at their peak but K-pop wasn't as big then as it is now, and that peak didn't last too long unfortunately. I think the group kind of just disappeared after Lee Joon and Thunder left in 2014. Such a shame though - they were very talented guys and they made some great songs!

Frankly I really love this MV, even if it can feel a bit cheesy. Lee Joon bias probably affects my enjoyment... Plus the song is quite cool if you watch it with lyrics, it's basically "you made the girl I like cry". MBLAQ also has the best name, Music Boys Live in Absolute Quality. Oh Yeah and Smoky Girl are amazing songs too.

Hey guys I like your reactions and wanted to suggest a music video from around the same time the song has strings in it and the video is so great and cinematic movie like even and there are a lot of theories about the symbolism in it so I'd like to hear your take on it
    XIA - Flower MV
Your discussions are so entertaining to me so I always watch till the end of the video
