I have no interest in the older Zombicide games, but this one does look more fun. I did enjoy the campaign for B-Siged: Sons of the Abyss, so maybe I will back this one, we shall see.
RE: Daniel Jensen Actually they have made several. Besieged, Rum and bones, some others, and now the new Xenoshyft. Also... their kickstarters dont just go to one game at a time, it also helps them with funding for RnD into new games and game types as well as models ect. Theres a lot that goes into game development that i dont think people appreciate. Its just as hard to create a balanced board game as it is to create a video game. Plus kickstarters are just plain fun as you watch for stretch goals ect.
4:14 Vampire Crossbow is way OP!!!! range to 2, 2 die, 4+ 3 damage and gain health?!!! Plus can open doors for some odd reason! Feel it would be better that it has the above stats but vampirically drains 1 health from survivor for each kill, maybe on a 4+ ie use it to kill abomination, but after that use it at your peril!
Is it right, that i recieve the same stuff that is in the the knight perk for late pledging now? Because yesterday was the first time i heard about zombicide and i want to get the big package!
Frickes The answer is Yes. I got a response from CMON on Friday. For $150 you get the Knights pledge there is no extra cost for being a late pledge the only difference is late pledges must get the Knights pledge (plus any add ons you also want). The $100 huntsman pledge is no longer available.
Snuggie The Goblin The answer is Yes. I got a response from CMON on Friday. Rich711 yup yup , I got an email responce the same day and I can confirm this. If you do the late pledge or any pledge for that matter; make sure you keep an eye on your email. in August. i dont want anyone to miss out.
With as much money as zombicide has pulled in why do they need another Kickstarter? I mean if we weren't talking about three other prior Kickstarters that netted almost 10 mil or more I might be able to see it needing a kick.
Because it's becoming a habit to ask for handouts. The backers assume all the risk and they don't owe us anything if things get funded but later on something happens and they can't provide the product. That being said, they're a safe company to back with their good track record.
Tim Smith It is a habit one I hope they stop turning to first and only as a last resort. I no problem with people in need going to kickstarter to get their goods and ideas out. At some point it has to sink or swim with out help no more no less.
I agree. I've backed a few Kickstarters and the one I felt safest backing (because an established company did it), is a year late on delivery because of some underhanded business practices. So you never know how it'll go.
Galamere This kick is a lot of things but being about advertising and community building is not one of them. If it was there would only be one kickstarter funding.
Some of it should be. I imagine the magic would be weird in the city slums. I can't see Elves mowing down hordes of the dead with a chainsaw and shotgun.
Pledged earlier today. Can't wait to give this one a go, it looks brilliant!
Nice, hopefully get to try it during this weekend. So much untapped possibilities even today, looking forward to this
God damn. This is the most badass looking board game I've seen
A badass board game?... There's nothing mire nerd than a boardgame, you really underestimate the word "badass"
rad

I like the new armor equipping. Would like to see it in the standard zombicide. Also.. how awesome would a time travel crossover expansion be?!
2:31 'Dragon Fire produces no Noise' :P
Yes Yes OHHHHHHH hell YES!!!!!!
We should have an rpg based on this sets
I think that's what Zombicide: Dark Age Chronicles is now.
Really fun coop boardgame
I thought it was a new Hero Quest. :)
Really dig the game by the way.
FFS! I only JUST got season 3, would have gladly held out for this instead.

Is it worth getting this or season 3? I already have seasons 1 and 2.
Hopefully the KS has some cool zombie variants, like undead knights instead of just zombie peasants.
If the two games had totaled 12 tiles instead of 11 we could have made a much bigger board.
How many scenarios or missions are there with this game?
i'm really gutted i missed the kickstarter... i only discovered this game yesterday. I wanted the $150 set :P
Is it to late to pledge?
Hey! Do it characters based in Berserk's Characters ;)

longkuei It's not just about the funding, it's also about advertising and getting a community built before a game is even out

can i suppose this is not compatible with the previous zombicides?
Some of it should be. I imagine the magic would be weird in the city slums. I can't see Elves mowing down hordes of the dead with a chainsaw and shotgun.
Returded Phoenixmorph Well a Shadowrun kind of thing could work :)
Please make an orc or goblin character.
When are these both board game release? Please answer
+Alejandro Montiel late answer, but oh well. I'm guessing this month
KFN1A2A3 thanks bro
Too bad it's a stand-alone game with only one expansion ; i'd like to get another one on an "inquisition" theme may be ; or "witch hunt"
when?
June 8th @3pm EST
Cool thx :)
I would guess, this game is already developed. Its going to KS just to get every dime, then make retail sales. $$$$$$.
Yes yes it is.
nice game????? i'm interested to buy
I just got it,took my local shop two days to get it. so far so good!
So I'll be backing this and tossing my D&D boardgames out.. Myth boardgame just got the boot from my gaming table.
Maybe try to make a "new" game instead of just rehashing the same old game over and over and over again...
