I think next time put the vegetables at the end, especially the kangkong leaves, so that they don't overcook. I'm a student here in Manila; I'm from the Visayas province. The products are really expensive here in the Philippines, especially during Christmas. So what I did was just grill it to save money because I only use salt and the ingredients here are very expensive.
