Hi. It is a complex situation. Patients should undergo genetic testing to look for the cause of failure ("Resistance mutations") and further treatment is done accordingly. There are also some new drugs which don't require genetic testing but they are expensive. You can get guidance on your specific situation by calling the number in video description.
Its working but less effective,and it's not drug based immunotherapy, it's dendritic cells based immunotherapy. We taken 3 dose of this treatment from danvex India
