This crap from 2018 literally looks like a parody of the original. Looking at the original I am in a shock that this reboot could be liked by anyone at all.
The Noelle Stevenson reboot is the best written western animated show I have watched. That spot was previously held by the Paul Dini's Batman Animated series. All four 13 episode seasons planned before hand, unlike most shows, which write to the season finale. Characterization was amazing (although, the cast was too big). Voice talents top notch, especially Scorpia. She steals every scene she is in. Amazing attention to detail, making it very re-watchable. You can see all the Kyle/Rogelio hints, why Adora uses a quarter staff when the power sword is broken, etc. J. Michael Straczynski, who co-wrote the original show bible, gave the show his blessing. Noelle Stevenson also wrote the pilot episode of the new Duck Tales. She has definitely planted herself on my radar, and I will be making a point to watch anything she writes going forward.

And I can't even begin to imagine how fun it must be to glow up such a fun design like re-she! Ugh art is freaking cool
One needs to understand that on old CRTs the glow-effect was a lot more pronounced, I guess because of the inherent blurriness. I remember sitting in front of the screen and being totally flashed by it. Back then, this was a really really outstanding and amazing effect.
As far as I know now the "studio" had a patent on the technique. And yes, I can only remember He-Man, She-Ra and Marshall Bravestar having those effects.
You don’t count so be gone
We love ❤️ too sweetie you are very buterful baby doll kisses 😘 hugs 🤗 we did saw the castle grays skull 💀 today we love ❤️ play you too sweetie Sarah pelaez Rios princess 👸 adroa and she ra buterful as a butterfly 🦋

💯
oh xd
Ive never watched the 80’s she-ra, so im over here laughing bc adora looks so serious turning into she-ra-
War is usually a serious matter.
Hey if you had to fight some vampire looking fck with a canon for an arm you'd look serious too lol
Gen Z-ers are desensitized to anything serious like war, rape, famine etc.
Yes- in the kingdom of heaven, I am usually in a gold-white swimsuit. Similar to the "goddess wear". God requires that any private part is covered outdoors at all times.
This crap from 2018 literally looks like a parody of the original. Looking at the original I am in a shock that this reboot could be liked by anyone at all.
Honestly the reboot is shit, along with how they made Adora/She-ra a lesbian, the classic had nothing to do with that shit.
@@anonymousscience4095 Then I am very sorry for you if you enjoyed this parody of the real show. I prefer to stick to the original and watch it over and over again. same for He Man!
Plus, the music and transformations are so much better in the originals. If someone likes this abomination from 2018 so much, I really don't know what else to say.
@@Brylant1980
I feel very sorry for you, that you feel you need to gatekeep.
Obviously you don't have to like the new one, but telling people you feel sorry for them for liking it... I mean, it is just shitty behavior. Maybe you need to re-watch the original episode morals some more.
@@anonymousscience4095 Yeah, tanks. I don't care if you don't like my behaviour. Call it as you like but simping for the 2018 series? Have you seen the art style and the laughable characters and bad music?. Obviously you did not, It may be time to take care of your eyesight and hearing? I'm good with my morals I just can not stand it when someone tells such nonsense. There is even nothing to compare to the original series and this is a fact.
She looks dead inside
It was the eighties. They were all dead inside.
And it wasn't a big company either. Filmation also used rotoscoping (real people would act out the scenes and the animators would trace over them), which made it look even more as if she had no reason to live.
*80's cartoon characters will and forever will be dead inside*
So you think the She-ra coming from the trash that Netflix made was alive inside. You kids don't know what you are talking about.
This is still the gayest thing that ever gayed. Stunning!
this is good but i prefer the 2018 reboot series
Then GTFO.
The transformation was boring tbh- it didn't feel 'alive'
It’s enough to inspire Sailor Moon
Well, I don't think there were many transformation sequences in shows outside of Japan in the 80s. The only transforming characters that I can think of from the 80s (in general) not including She-Ra would be the Transformers, Minky Momo and Creamy Mami.
Hated this song and never liked She-Ra. Felt like they cancelled He-Man and replaced it with this inferior show.
That's pretty much what they did. Took an awesome show and bootlegged it for girls.
The new version is better
Honestly kinda dull compared to the new one
