Will you use the "done for you" talking points? Or do you think you'll edit?

As a mom who attended many IEP meetings for my autistic spectrum twins, I commend you for creating this for our educators. I believe that your guide is a great jumping off point in conducting these very important meetings with support staff and families. From a parent's point of view ( my experience, and what I've heard from other patents), more often than not, the impression many of parents get is that the educators (no matter how capable) appear to be flustered as they not being able to convey their message. I think this would help take some of the pressure off so the meeting would be much easier.
If I only had one pain point when I attended these meetings, it is the implied expression of not knowing anything related to my kids, their disability, and abilities. Now, I am a bit more informed than many other parents (which kind of infuriated some of the educators), but what should be more of an even level of communication came off as a one sided power play with them "knowing" the child more and the parent's didn't. I know sometimes that's true, but still.
Again, I commend you and all educators for what you do to help all kids shine! Thank you.
