Trip with Spanish Luxurious Intercity Bus: ALSA Premium from Bilbao to Madrid

- ALSA is one of transports service companies in Spain and other countries.
This time I took ALSA Premium from Bilbao to Madrid. This bus departs from the Intermodal Bus Stop in Bilbao that is connected to San Mamés station of Bilbao's subway.
The ticket costs 48 EUR purchased in advance and it takes 4 hours to Madrid Avenida de America.
Even though not shown in the video, a restroom is available onboard.

Lo principal es que mecánicamente este al día y perfecto,el conford está bien,pero si luego,los amortiguadores están mal,coje los baches y tiembla hasta el techo, lo digo poque he viajado en un supra y me salto dos empastes ejejj

Hi, thank you very much for your question. Not very sure, but I think there is an in-car restroom installed (because this trip was 2 years ago, sorry). But, I'm sure that the bus ran without any stops.

Buenas tarde, una pregunta. ¿De cuñado es el video? por que yo buscaba pasaje para Bilbao desde Madrid en alsa y no me salí opción de premium, sólo llegaba hasta supra, y escribí a su Instagram, ye dijeron que no estaban prestando servicio? aunque eso fue hace un mes, han vuelto?

En el aeropuerto de barajas hay bus para ir a Bilbao?
Gracias por su comentario! Sí, según www.alsa.es/, hay unos autobús del aeropuerto de Barajas a Bilbao directamente (con 1 o 2 paradas).
I had a very bad experience with the ALSA BUS three weeks ago, when I was supposed to travel with them between Montpellier (France) to Barcelona (Spain). Not only the bus did not arrived at all in Montpellier, and I had to find in a hurry another transpotation means to avoid loosing my flight from Barcelona, but when I sent them a complaint asking for reimbursement of my expenses, they lied in my face pretending that the bus was there and I was late to it. Avoid ALSA BUSES to avoid the awful experience of losing your money and your time, while being called a liar.

Gracias por tu comentario. En este video, yo lo compré por la tarjeta en la pagina web de ALSA con antelación. Es posible pagar el billete in situ. Pero, en ese caso no está seguro que algunos asientos sean disponibles.
