@Chadoy, correct me if I'm mistaken but they said you weren't under arrest nor detained but then proceeded to read you Miranda and question you. It is an accused's right to have an attorney present during questioning and their right to refuse to answer questions to avoid self-incrimination. Otherwise this was superb, as usual the CG is great as is the content! ^_^

If there is another episode of the butcher, which there probably will be, I’d expect it to have a fake framing of you which you set up.. by forcing someone else to be at a crime scene saying if he messes up you kill his family or smth and you’ll say that you will be watching while he does it.. that’s what I expect. By like watching the news. Doesn’t have to be that but that’s just my idea if another episode does come out

I love how being a hit man is just one of Lenny's regular daily activities, while when chad is doing it for a video is something super complex and big for the story.

@@mrmans484he was brought in for questioning. In a real world the Miranda Warning is given you cannot leave the policie station because you were put under arrest for solid evidence. You dont give the warning to a suspect without intention of arresting that person.
they're miranda rights, and no chadoy was right in this instance. you DO NOT have to be detained and/or arrested for miranda rights to be read to you. As long as you are under investigation, your rights MUST be read. Hince the big one (you have the right to remain silent) and with the character not being arrested at that time, like they mentioned, he also has that right to leave whenever he wants. Another misconception is that police HAVE to read your miranda rights in order to arrest you, which is not true. If you're not under criminal investigation, they are not neccesary. The only thing that can be invalidated is statements. If you said something that could be used against you in court, BUT you said it without the police reading your rights, guess what? A judge/court/jury can't use that statement as evidence to prosecute you.

Honestly, you could go to someone else to watch GTA Roleplay videos but they couldn't even dream of being the quality of Chad's videos. Absolutely amazing as always, and this video has to be an absolute masterpiece. I can't wait until we have a gigantic list of videos like this and I can binge watch them for hours like their movies.

So far I've watched all of the butcher rp episodes and honestly you sir are a master at what you do, I was entertained the entire time and the camera work for each scene as well as the atmosphere is amazing, you deserve way more recognition. This whole series so far awesome and keep up the great work, I look forward to the next episode.
Oh my god... the level of detail and these pans in the opening... this is top notch... even down to the music and transitions. That windmill scene and transition to the lamp was iconic. So creative. Also loved the scene right after with the silhouette of the suitcase shrouded by the red brake lights... fucking epic. I kind of wish there was more of a serious platform for this kind of movie-making. I've seen a lot of cool stuff like this and the kind of animation that Internet Historian does that is just as good if not better than the stuff that's in a theater.
I already know this is going to be a chadoy banger, never disappoints!

I've never really enjoyed GTA V Roleplay videos because I always expect them to feel like a movie, but Chadoys videos always come out on top with the cinematography of the scenes and the smart cuts to other scenarios. I love it.
