- Arrow Farming in Zelda Breath of the Wild isn't as hard as it seems. You can get arrows from enemy drops, treasure chests, crates, and you can buy them. Today, we'll learn great locations to find each arrow type in BotW. Fire arrows, ice arrow, shock arrows, bomb arrows ancient arrows and regular arrows.

to the people farming bomb arrows at the camp, you DONT HAVE TO SLEEP AFTER THEY STOP GIVING. as long as its still raining, you can save and reload to continue getting arrows.

@@100PercentZelda np bro, ppl just need to know bc multiple “rain” weathers on a row can be quite lucky in this situation, and makes this farming method FAR less tedious, bc if it isn’t raining anymore, you don’t have to worry about the fire spot 😂 (especially for people like us that don’t buy from shops, so the shops look better aesthetically 😂)

@@sebbiemullett29 he uses a glitch where you overload the menu and give parcy (i think that is her name) a royal guard weapon over and over and she will give you gems like sapphire ruby or topaz. he has a video on the glitch if you want to check it out in more detail =)
@Elwood Blues of course you dont need to, in fact you hardly need glitches for anything in the game. its just that glitches make things so many times easier.

If you go to the mounted archery camp south of the lake tower and unequip your bow, you can talk to the mini game guy and you can buy 85 arrows.

@@100PercentZelda glad to help! Also, another prime regular arrow location is the path leading up to Zoras domain. A lot of the lizalfos there can drop 10 arrows at a time. Also good for shock arrows.

For eventide island arrow chest, you do not need to fast travel back to the island. You can just save and reload that last save and the chest will be there. That makes that process a little faster

In hyrule castle, there's hallway with a couple lizalfos that have always dropped 20 bomb arrows each. I don't know if it's just luck but I went there consistently throughout my mastermode run and it always dropped.

You do know that at Eventide Island it is faster to get the chest, then save and then load the save you just saved. If you don't have the DLC this is way faster.

For the Eventide island farming method, you can just save and load in the farming spot, no need to fast travel.
Also, I don't know if it was different before, but the "dont sell arrows if above 50" only happens with the normal type and for bomb arrows I think there's a bigger limit. I could buy the elemental arrows with no problems even though I had well over 100 of those at all times.
Building off of this, if you have the travel medallion, place that at the farming spot. Slightly faster then save reloading.
I forgot about that. Haha
Botrick by the outskirts stable sells normal arrows and fire arrows and if it's raining he might sell ice arrows too

For shock arrows, you can also collect them from the trees on top of Ploymus mountain, they’ll respawn there as well, I’m not sure how often though 😊

@@100PercentZelda And you were right about Shock Arrows. Best way to collect is by doing Lynel genocide. My current playthrough, I've already gained 999 shock arrows by hunting Lynels alone. I mean, I don't have to be reserved about using one of the best arrow in the game. That's a win for sure haha
IMPORTANT: at 4:24 he says the fast travel back to the island, you can just open the chest, save, and load that save to get another chest
The time to load the save is also short
Those compendium images are incredible
For the shock arrow one, I tried it in a new save file SUPER early in the game heading to the gerudo village. I got 40 shock arrows. And on top of all that... it was a blue Lynal.

In regards to the ice arrow with multi shot bows, I personally like to first freeze an enemy with a single shot bow, then use a duplex bow to break then immediately re-freeze the enemy until it's dead. Very quick and easy!

a good way to farm regular arrows is to find a red bokoblin with a bow. there are two boko's at the great plateu tower. kill one and have the other shoot at you. dodge the arrows. free arrows. pick em up. they never run out

I just bought it so late start for me :)
I found when farming for bomb arrows and you also have the travel medallion, once they stop dropping the arrows use the medallion and it will reset it and you can get a few more arrows before the rain stops.
This is very helpful this helped me get over 100 of every arrow thanks😄.

If you can, just get the amiibo cards. I have 2 sets. Prior to that I was always stressed about getting enough arrows. Now, with no effort, I am usually maxed out on regular to the point where I often can't pick up all the ones from the amiibos and I am presently sitting on stocks of 400+ for fire, bomb, and electric. The only ones I need now are ancient and that's the criticism I have for this video. It doesn't clearly show the locations for ancient arrow chests or mention if they respawn after a blood moon.

14:20 when the bomb arrows stop spawning, you can also save right then and there and then load that save, catch the attention of the bokos again and the arrows will start spawning.

You really helped me get thru all of Zelda
This guide was really helpful in my personal quest for getting a lot of bomb arrows. I love using them in Death Mountain, where the blast is more powerful against enemies. It is the easiest way to kill the Igneo Talus, for sure. Grinding Igneo Taluses is also a great way to make rupees.
Yeah bomb arrows are so op in death mountain, been using them in my master mode run and its making the game a joke, even if it somehow doesn't kill the thing they explode on gets launched into lava

The combination of amiibo cards and lynel hunting will give you more arrows of every type(except ancient) than you could ever use.

3:56 I recently found that saving and reloading also works in place of fast traveling:
1. Fly to the island from the Korgu Chideh Shrine
2. Get the arrows from the chest in the pool of water
3. Save your game
4. Load the save that you just made
5. Repeat, starting from step 2
If you don't have the Travel Medallion, this eliminates the time used for paragliding. Hopefully this works for you!

You can use the travel medallion or save reload as the fast ways, or go to koholit rock which is the longer way.

One idea for 101%: get maximum XP.
If you didn't know, breath of the wild has a xp system that determines how far you've progressed.
Best way to get xp is killing every golden lynel but only once I think

First off Niko, you have the perfect commentary voice. 2nd your pretty good at this game.
So I take it that you were able to transfer the durability of a twilight bow to a lynel bow. I glitched out the bow of light and tried it on a lynel bow and so far it hasn't broken after farming a few thousand arrows.

I’d recommend not collecting the base parts of the ruin guardians so you don’t waste time getting parts that you might not want as much because they’re common or something
This is some next level knowledge.
At this point, I’ve become so good at fighting lynels that I go from to the next then wait for a blood moon. And after every map clean of lynels I dupe my hylian sheilds and my savage lynel sword (100) and the 5 shot bows. And besides Gannon and the Gannon phantoms , lynels are my favorite mini boss and they are soo much fun to fight
that "thank you" caught me off guard lol xD

There's actually one more spot for shock arrow farming that I've found. Right under the Ridgeland Tower is a bunch of shock based enemies, some of which are lizalfos, and they drop shock arrows. :)
Just a bit of a warning to anyone trying the ancient parts glitch, this often crashes the game so be careful

Yea i'm long past the stage of farming lynels for parts; even when I exclusively shoot them with shock arrows, I still end up with more!
For regular arrows I wear max armour + max defense buff and loiter around the open areas with _6 bokoblin horseback archers_ and them let loose 20-30 around me on the ground, save, reload, and collect arrows afresh. For the duration of the buff I collect 150+ arrows.
