I walked around Shibuya.
Shibuya is a typical downtown area located in the center of Tokyo. Centered around Shibuya Station, the area is home to the cutting edge of fashion, entertainment, and subculture.
First of all, Shibuya is home to the world's most famous "scramble crossing," which is a major tourist attraction. Large-scale commercial facilities such as 109 and Shibuya Parco are clustered around this intersection, where the latest fashions are always on display.
On the other hand, the narrow alleys and lanes of Center-gai, Dogenzaka, and Spainzaka are dotted with traditional restaurants and multi-tenant buildings that retain a downtown atmosphere, giving the area an old-fashioned feel.
Shibuya is also known as a center of youth culture. Street fashion creates trends. It is also the center of the subculture scene, including anime, manga, and video games, and is a unique and creative space.
In this way, Shibuya is a vibrant town where cutting-edge fashion and culture come and go, while at the same time retaining a downtown atmosphere, making it an attractive area that can be considered the face of Tokyo.
