These IDF female tankers are based. With all the dreadful movies coming out these days, a movie depicting their exploits on 7th Oct would actually be inspirational.
There will have to be many scenes of them riding recklessly in the tank and barely looking out. The most comical scene will be the 10 minutes when the girls were trying to figure out how the tank works and how to shoot. Outside we would see the tank going in circles on the sand dunes. How heroic of them shooting at everything in sight and not bothering much to check whether civilians and not being killed. I remember films like that long ago, probably made by American Jewish producers who foretold how Jewish soldiers would be helpless with modern military technology.

No matter what comes out of that route you open fire. You have permission... When in doubt , check. But no matter what comes from the north and south you fire... So there you have it: A good part of the killing of the Jewish civilians in the kibbutz was done by IDF soldiers themselves who went full force into the kibbutzim destroying everything in sight. The girls were implementing a bit of the Hannibal Directive which they understood meant killing even civilians so as to completely liquidate the enemy.
Of the 1150 Israelis killed that day, 350 were soldiers and secret service, so there were 700 civilians killed. 350 of those were shot dead at the rave festival where airline bombs could barely distinguish what they were targeting. Who knows how many of their own people the IDF shot that day. As these girls said, "No matter what comes out of that route you open fire. You have permission." Or the commander, "[it was] a complex fight."

When she says "destroy everything in sight" and "you open fire no matter what" she means at the border, firing against terrorists trying to get in through the fence, NOT inside the kibboutz. There was no bombing by airplanes in the rave festival. There is one known case when a hostage was killed by a drone that fired at a terrorist vehicle, not knowing there were hostages inside. Wow, you'd do anything to warp reality, would you?

Thank you for your humility ladies. But, you are Heroines and your story is an inspiration us all - your modesty is proof of that. You answered Israel's call on the day it was really needed. You stopped the terrorist invasion in their tracks. You liberated a kibbutz after driving a tank though the front gate all while being concerned about hurting civilians. You figured out a system on the tank that you were not trained on and used it effectively. You stayed in the tank and fought the terrorists for 17 hours until help arrived. And you accomplished these feats and other feats that I forgot to mention with the utmost military professionalism. Now that's inspirational to all women and men. May God bless you with many children and grandchildren. You ladies have quite the legacy to pass on to them. Thank you for your service and being there in a moment of need.

Interesting that the tanks largely operated in isolation of each other for long periods and without infantry support. Needs must I suppose. They were obviously caught completely by surprise that day. These soldiers showed bravery and professionalism that day. Well done.

I am so proud of this all women tank crew of Paran. These female warriors are the most inspirational moment of the war, they are real life "Superwomans" role models for every girl from the Gan to the new female recruits in the IDF. No silly dance videos with this tank crew.
I do not know whether the IDF gives out metals, and increases their ranks, but they deserve both! They are beautiful young women. They had no fear, and they took on the evil and wicked terrorists.
