This machine is actually crazy good. Surprised to say the least. It’s also whisper quiet… what should we try to print next? 🤔
Risographic tings✨
And of course, a really sick video! Really need to pick up a laser printer!
Thank you! This machine is so fun to use. What shall we print next is the real question….
Hi Charley
Thanks for posting this. Really interesting.
I think it would have been useful for viewers if you had done a summary of how conventional photo emulsion screen printing works (coating, drying, artwork to film, exposure, wash out, drying etc) and how this system is different. As I understand it this system uses its own frame and pre-cut mesh and a stick on equivalent to photo emulsion. Will this system do multi color prints?
If all you need is a fast set up for a single color short print run with bold vector art then you could just use a vinyl cutter - either to stick directly to the screen or to cut a dedicated film.
This setup will do multi-color prints with ease. I decided to focus on 1 color for my first attempt at printing haha.
This machine really just saves time on preparing screens since it uses a laser versus burning screens.
Incredible video, I hope you can do a multi color print on your next video...
This is dope! Can you make bigger prints though? Screen seemed kinda small
Max size of this screen is 11.5 X 16. It’s not too bad but I get what you mean! It wouldn’t be great for oversized prints.
Is the 20w the best choice for screen printing? What accessories do you reccomend?
Yeah it seems to be a great option. I linked my bundle in the description which includes everything you need. Ink, squeegee, screens and more.
That's a Great design. Did you make it?
Yeah I designed this in illustrator :)
@@CharleyPangus noice! Are there any chances for tutorial?
i appreciate you for video, but what do you do for multi color screen
I sort of touched on the software and how you can print multi-color. In the next video I’m going to print a multi-color design
I like it. But the size of the fame is not the ideal for screen printing. 13" x 19" frame and mesh should be available for traditional screen printing who want to use this system for low volume jobs. And on the press , since the pallet is magnetic a pallete that can take 13 x 19" frame should be available.
