Are the timbers vac-vac treated? Also, do you pigment the end grain treatment?

      Hi Dale
The timbers are all vac vac treated, then we coat the cut ends with a pigmented end treatment so that it can be easily seen it has been done.
      Hope that helps!

These are prefab stick-built walls, That's not what most people call "Timber Frame" these days.

In the Uk most buildings are masonry . Be it brick or block or stone walls . So any building that is made of timber if referred to as timber frame. These are what are friends across the water would call stick built. We have very limited experience of a more robust framework that is a true timber frame. We just don’t have them much in the Uk as we have cut down our native forests hundreds of years ago!
