My humbly request Don’t buy any fireboltt smart watches ever in life. I purchased Phoenix amoled last month. After 10 days of usage a white line comes in screen. I visited fireboltt service centre twice, they refused to accept white line issues. They said it comes under physical damage. But no physical damage to watch. It comes automatically. Only consumer forum case is only hope, but for a Rs.2500 watch don’t want to take any tension. Very very bad after sales service.
Don’t blame it on buy firebolt almighty using for 3 year just beast watch under 4000 i do everything like drip in water drop sometimes just running well and battery life is even now 10 days run easily
@@Abhishekroy747 your luck is good, in my case a vertical white line comes automatically, Fireboltt service centre refused and said white or green issue is due to physical damage so they can't accept it, even tag fireboltt in social media regarding my issue, no response.. after sales service is pathetic, If your watch is Okay then no problem, But if it have some display issues they are not taking under warranty. 2 days wasted in service centre 😭

I used both firebolt smartwatches and now beat xp the best one is beat xp vega neo because it has an amoloid screen and it has better battery life, and screen vewing angles is also very good

Substandard quality . A watch that will not perform beyond a month. There is absolutely no reliability to any of the watches. I had purchased 5 watches for gifting purpose. 4 out these 5 watches have stopped working after 3 - 4 weeks use. I am pretty sure the 5th one will die of in a week or 2. Instead of coming up with so many models , the company should just set it right for a few models, gain some credibility and then think of expanding the range. For now these watches are as credible as buying a 100/- watch from the road side. They look sturdy but are far from it
