Narkomancers he literally explained that when he is in sage mode with frog kumite he could sense the attack from a wider range giving him a greater chance and more time to react to the attack. It’s not because he is faster it’s his reaction time was increased more since he can sense it.

I mean... If naruto used the rasengan to change the directon of an attack just like it happened now, it wouldnt actually change the direction of the attack, he would blow up that guys arm xd, any normal person cant tank a rasengan, its just raikage things xd
his battle iq is as smart as any1 else. his regurlar smart's are lacking tho. Also a big part in kid naruto being weak is that kurama made it harder to infus and control chakra. thats y his chakra control sucked and he couldnt do the transformation jutsu
