Totally get the imposter syndrome. I’m always in self-doubt, whether if my bosses made a mistake in hiring me and I’ll be fired at anytime once they find out and regret that mistake I feel like it’s common in tech especially because there’s always something new to learn. Unlike other professions, in tech you never really get to a point where you feel like you know enough or “mastered your craft”. It’s so tiring to always need to convince yourself of your own skills and effort, but it’s all we can do until some confidence kicks in. Good luck in your new job!

Each time you make a status shift or move upwards in a role you face imposter syndrome because you're a beginner at that point. That doesn't mean you presume more knowledge than you have or that you're a fake. You just need to act like you belong and before you know it you will be settled in.
Btw the Strangers Reunion/Curious Palette turned vegan concept cafe (Back To Eden) closed down aruptly. Was shocked to see the unit stripped bare when I walked past just now 🙄
@@yuldaze the coffee from strangers reunion was supposed to be good ...... so dunnoe what happened. Anyway next time u can check out sunshine plaza just further down. Theres some interesting eateries there but will be quite a long walk back to office for you
You must be very tired from the full-time WFO. Commuting itself is tiring especially if you dun get seats on the train. Do take care. Also, do you only eat 1 serving of rice? The foods look so so delicious I probably need 2 to 3 servings to polish everything off satisfactorily 🥹
