First off...he is a master at making these delicious sandwiches. There are a lot of issues with food safety. Taking money with your bare hands and then handling food with the same hands is a no no. Could be a place for something detrimental to pass on to a customer.
Definitely needs to be more sanity if they guy recording is there to assist he needs to be handling the cash because not being able to wash your hands after every transaction is nasty.

So he keeps the cleaning cloth under the frying surface which can be seen how dirty is, weeps the surface where he prepares the food with the cloth then he dips the food into eggs without using a cooking grapper and then he touches money! And with the same clothes be goes to his habitat area and why not to gave fun visiting some clubs!!
