tried all methods none worked and there is an error after advance startup "winload.efi error" and it doesn't let me access any options

Everytime i do the command prompt part, it tells me wrong password when i put EXACTLY the right password.
i’m pretty sure it’s the PIN code to your laptop/PC not account
I had to turn off the pin sign in option and it worked when I put in my password in.
