    Sir, Doubt....Whether forward bias should have high voltage battery than in reverse bias, so that it can withstand the repulsion??

    Sir, When depletion region gets soo soo small during forward...will it not get completely vanishes after longtime?! Similarly during reverse bias won't the increase in depletion region destroys those n and p type after a long period of time?!
