Try with very small, light, one first. Then when you have mastered that, then gradually train with a little bit heavier?!!! So you must have maybe 10 sizes or more??? The slower the progress the easier you improve, I think! Better for your health. You should grow steadily with a heavier weight, every period that your body can bare/withstand. So your body must get used to it. Succes!
