Looking forward to your Aventus clone wars video! I've had CDNIM for several months now and it's become my signature scent. I was finally able to get a sample of Aventus to compare myself. While the opening of Aventus is much fresher, fruitier, and smoother, the dry down (after 1 hr) is damn near identical to my nose. CDNIM starts harsh, acidic, and smoky, but keeps the lovely birch/jasmine/vanilla base for the duration. Better yet, it severely outperformed Aventus on my skin (2X); projected stronger and longer, lasting 12+ hours until fading! Curious to hear your thoughts. You're quickly becoming one of my favorite YT channels! Keep up the great content and delivery.
A woman asked me what cologne I was wearing last night while wine tasting, and ironically it was Aventus. She asked various questions about it....where she could locate it, cost, things like that. She felt the price was WAY too expensive. I understood her reaction. I looked her straight in the eyes and said you can choose to purchase 3 pretty good fragrances at $80.00 a pop retail, or one LEGENDARY fragrance. Like VS Love. Always choose love. Fake it until you make it? Sure, in some instances I subscribe to that, But the experience won't "feel" the same. Go with Aventus. And spray it without thinking of the money. Money means nothing if it takes away from the experience. Man, did I smell great last night.
I agree that the clones will never be the "real deal" so when I want to really rock Aventus, I wear Aventus. At the same time I see where there's a big market for clones. Back when I started there was no way in hell I could afford Aventus so CDNIM or L'aventure or ADAMS would have really worked well for me.

TypicallyUnique You know nothing. Those "natural" perfumes you see even in the high-end brands are vastly synthetic. Ambroxan is even better than ambergris.
Your comparison is spot on, Al Dur Al Maknoon has a better opening but longevity is bad. CDNI's opening is atrocious. I've been working on my Aventus clone collection for a while now, and you're right, it's crazy how many there are. I have more than I'd like to admit having 😅. Still haven't found one that's going to keep me from buying another Aventus bottle once my current one is empty, but the clones make the real deal last me longer.
That's one of the pros about these too, you can kind of use them to stretch your bottle of Aventus if need be. You're absolutely right on that. Thanks for watching brother.
Have been using CDNIM lately and I like the scent. Got extra bottles as back up since the price is reasonable here in Singapore and can afford to spray more as compared to Aventus which is way too expensive. After seeing your video, Google online and found a shop is selling ADAM here. Will check it out tomorrow and get one to compare with CDNIM.

If one did actually clone Aventus and supposedly nailed it, regardless of the batch (aromatics), it would definitely save me a lot of money! Really liking the blog mate. Well done. Great review. I have both CDNIM and Aventus. CDNIM does not have the natural and fruity pineapple on top. However, I have to admit the performance on my skin great.

great review :-) personally I love club de nuit intense man. I did a comparison with creed aventus and after about 8 hours no one in my family could distinguish any difference between the two. Great longevity from them both. on a different note have you encountered Guerlain homme intense? nothing like aventus but a superior edp very fresh masculine with hints of rhubarb mint and mjioto my fave male perfume at the moment :-)
That's a good thing to mention, if you are really big into fragrances you could most likely tell Aventus apart from CDNIM or L'aventure, or Al Dur Al Maknoon, but if you're just an everyday person (95%+ of the population I'd say) then you probably won't be able to tell them apart. CDNIM does have the best longevity of any of the clones I've tried hands down you're right about that. Guerlain Homme Intense is very nice. The original Homme was a little weak which was the main drawback, but Intense has better longevity and performance while switching up the scent just a little bit to keep it interesting.
Another great review! I picked up a couple of bottles of Club de Nuit Intense a couple months ago. I agree that the opening is harsh. However, after awhile it settles down to a pleasant scent.
unpredictable is garbage, I return it next day after testing 1 year ago...Inssurection pure is the closest I encounter but doesn't last or project well....
I'm not expecting much from Unpredictable Adventure to be honest but figured I could use it to round out the comparisons. I've never smelled it but I'm guessing it'll be right there at the bottom with Tres Bon. We shall see!

After 3 months of researching "Aventus Clones" the one I haven't tried that intrigues me the most is Afnan Supremacy Silver. I have never tried Aventus, so I cannot make a comparison I do by ears and eyes of others. I blind bought CDNIM and I wasn't disappointed(except with the opening yuck). I wish you had A.S.S. to compare to these others as I feel most say CDNIM is still the best due its performance. Most reviewers haven't put CDNIM vs ASS vs ADAMS. I feel the others may be good, but like I said I've read and watched numerous videos and read so much these are the three that have the biggest impression on me. I've found only 1 review of ASS on youtube. I'd like to see more.
Thanks man, I got my first one way back when I was a kid. My mom bought me Drakkar Noir and told me all the ladies liked it. I was probably 10 at the time. Thinking back on it, Drakkar is probably not the greatest scent for a 10 year old.
Sounds interesting,yet as you said,just another clone. I have at least 3 clones already plus 2 other that smells similar but not made as a clone;not to mention 3 Aventus batch in my possession. If I see this here in the US selling for a bargain,might snag one but as it is,I will try to avoid buying more clones as my to-buy list fragrances is still quite long and I don't want to get sidetracked by these clones out there when I have tons of them already. Excellent video. Your right, clones do have their place but they really don't compare to Aventus. They are so many clones of Aventus for a reason. There are many pretenders but only one contender.

I'd tell you about a new Aventus clone that you can buy on eBay if you search for : FASHION DISTRICT for men. I have owned/smelled every Aventus clone on the market and this Fashion District is doing very well during its first day of comparing. I have the 16A01 batch of Creed Aventus and this is very accurate to the scent, even sweeter than the A01 batch. it is an EAU DE PARFUM concentration so that's plus. I wanted to tell you this because it's reasonably priced at around $30 and does a good job at smelling like a sweet Creed Aventus. I was the first person years ago to talk about Armaf Club de Nuit Intense Man back in 2014 on the fragrantica forums. I'm really digging this Fashion District fragrance and Armaf CdNi is my signature scent but this beats it in the opening in my opinion. I figure I'd tell you since you have a channel that can reach out to a lot of people that might want a cheaper alternative!

Depends on what you like more, AHL has more of a "cleaner" fruity Aventus vibe whereas CDNIM has a rough opening and then dries down to smell like a smokier batch of Aventus. If you prefer more fruits go AHL and if you prefer more smoke go CDNIM.

CDNI is beast mode out of the 3. So yah I am done with Aventus clones I will just stick with CDNI.

I don't think any company will get close to aventus. It's hard to substitute high quality ingredients for synthetic ones, like ambergris.

Arabian oud - cavalier. not cheap, but incredible presentation and smells very, very similar to my 2014 batch. smooth, not cheap and rough like cdni

I have most of the clones. Al Harriman L'Aventure takes the cake. CDNI is the best compliment getter however. IP2 fell off my list. It's weak.

The opening of CDNIM is not good in my opinion, it smells pretty terrible. The dry down is where that fragrance is best.
Insurrection Pure 2 by Reyane is also a clone of Creed Aventus. The opening is quite similar to that of Aventus which has the pineapple.
I've got IP2 as well, it's actually the first Aventus clone that I bought. I do really like the presentation it has.
Here in Qatar I bought it for only QR 40 or in US dollar it is equivalent to 10.98. Very cheap aventus clone.Very close to Creed Aventus IMHO.

It initially came out as an Aventus "clone". I agree that it doesn't smell like Aventus outside of some very fleeting similarities.
