Okay first off ive 21 lbs! This comes after years of only being able to lose 10-15 lbs at a time only to gain even more when i stopped due to difficulty maintaining my caloric intake level. I weighed 197lbs, my heaviest weight ever and now im at 176 AND STILL LOSING
She mentioned having a change in mindset and holy shit is that true for me. Ill spare you the details but ive spent the past 7 years coping with anxiety issues and feeling that im "too weak" and that i wont be able to cope with with the hardships life will throw at me. Was a really big issue for me and it caused me to hate myself. LET ME TELL YOU a couple nights ago it hit me, im a fighter . I also realized that i have the ability to conquer my anxiety issues. Now when i think about a hypothetical situation that would make me anxious (people with anxiety do this alot) or i think of something that happened in the past, instead of feeling down , i feel empowered knowing that i can and will beat this. Im shitty with my words but i want to make one thing very clear: Ive NEVER felt this confident about any of my capabilities, ive always doubted myself even when i others thought i was good at something.
Ive also been working on loving myself and the weightloss is helping me feel confident about my looks. I actually feel kinda sexy. My skin care routine has been amped up as well (face and body).
im getting better at understanding and actually experiencing my emotions instead of pushing them down. (look up self parenting)

Mine seems really accurate too. My brother just moved to Texas with his fiance, and he really wants me to move there too. He thinks it'll be good for me. 6 months UPDATE Group #1. I'm sitting myself. I moved to another city, I was forced to change my career plans and turn out I love my new path. -worked super hard at a workplace that i didnt like. earned that money. achieved a financially confident state.
-left that job, left the toxic environment. finally i feel free now. i am happy.
-the work was abroad. so i returned to my country.
-now i feel very comfortable and secure. i dont have any panic attacks anymore.
-i have an idea of what i want to do, how i want to live my live from now on.
Basically, my mindset has changed from a depressed and dark state to a confident and strong one.

So I’m back 6 months later
I picked group #2. So, I cut off a ‘friend’. Hated how she treated me and disregarded my feelings/opinions. I also got into my college’s nursing program. My parents and friends are praising me constantly which feels great! Spiritually, I dont know if I have a deeper spiritual understanding because I don’t research it enough but now that I watch this video again, maybe I should look deeper into it. However, I have been doing a lot of self reflection and calming myself down in situations where I feel overwhelmed. Next! I am having more fun too. Nursing school has brought me closer to a lot of new people. I’m not too close to them because I’ve known them for about 3 months but I love their energy and intelligence. From my past, a girl popped back into my life. She definitely made me feel bad about myself 3 years ago and I cut her off. She came back into my life for no reason. Anytime she tries me though, I stick up for myself (def not that girl I was back in highschool). Idk if I’m more patient though haha I’m just always fast pace and get irritated so I need to fix that. For the romance card, I relate to the love yourself portion. I dont have a significant other still nor am I talking to anyone boohoo :((. The exorcist portion is GREAT!!! Negative people are in my life currently though, but I have been trying to cut them off (it’s hard though bc they’re my roommates and I’m connected with them because of a lease). Lastly, the intuition is accurate. I really have been trying to not be analytical and go with the flow and my gut. I dont stress out too much and when I do, I think I’m getting better at controlling my stress. Overall, pretty accurate reading. Would have loved to really meet my soulmate/significant other and research more about spirituality (that’s my fault though because I’m so busy). I really got goosebumps after watching this again.
