I’m really impressed how the Elgin police got quickly educated. The chief is definitely educating and retraining her officers on the rights of the people. I wish more police educated public servants like the way this officer did! Great job by the police.

What an idiotic thing to say. If recording falls within time, place and manner perimeters, you’re free to record all you want.

Wow this IS rare, but TTA earned their respect the hard way, and they understand and saw the big picture, especially when videoed and in their face and ours. What really got my attention was the female commander. You hardly ever see a female cop with this much self integrity. It's appears she about the job and not people's feelings.
