I m more interested in the paper work of the house….I m no different I want to live in a beautiful house….but I would never spend around 80L-1C on a house in Bylakuppe or any Shichak…Instead for a same amount I can buy a 200sq feet shop n get 12L annual return…I don’t hv to work for the rest of my life…n the value of my shop will grow ….if in future I need to sell it….But that’s my idea u r free to disagree with me…….eg Mukesh Ambani is worth around 75Billion $…but his house is worth only 1Billion $.
Most of the CZcamsrs who has a new house built if you ask them to share the costs details they either ignore you or they will say sorry we can’t details of costs. 😡 So ridiculous. What will happen if you share costs details I don’t understand.

It’s interesting most Tibetans don’t know what’s happening to US economy..If USA defaults its loan…Most Tibetans in USA will not afford rent let alone buying a house everything will b expensive including food…So don’t ask for money to our sisters n brothers working hard there.
