Special Mix (mix up together) Soya Sauce for Char Keuw Teow:-
1. Light soya sauce;
(Find the good premium quality) 85-90%
2. Oyster Sauce;
(e.g Panda much better)3-4%
3. Tomato Sauce (not tomato puree)
(find the good one) 1-2%
3. Fish/squid Sauce;
(Find the good quality) 5-6%
4. Seasoning;
(a popular seasoning and flavor enhancer-Aji-No-Moto) >1%
note: Fried with the high flame
no. 1 garlic (split second) -> no.2 prawn/cockles (split second) -> no.3 put chilli sauce (blend - find out dry chilli not too hot, boil it before that peel out the seeds and last blend with blender) this chilli sauce have to prepair earlier.... put it in bowls
fried with split second -> no.4 put keow teow fried it together
no.5->put a special mix of soya, fried....fried...fried
no .6 -> put tomago /egg chicken or duck at the side of hot pan 1/2 died than mix it all together
mix....mix....mix
no. 7 at last/final ...put bean sprouts and chai leave together.... mix. ..mix...mix at split second...
READY TO SERVE

Authentic Char kuey teow is malaysian chinese cuisine. The dry version.
This is the malay version - kuey teow basah. Which is soupy.
Both are good in their own version. Thanks for recommending malaysia food. 🎉

I highly recommend Lamei Hotpot at Gohtong Jaya for a dinner experience you'll never forget. Call to book their outdoor Dome dining room for your dinner there.
