I ordered a ZR2 about 2 weeks ago. No idea when the dealer will get an allocation. Wanted the Ranger Raptor due to the 400 HP twin turbo 6, but not paying 20-30K over MSRP!!! Put the twin turbo in this beauty, then absolutely this is the BEST mid-size truck on the market. I do like the interior on the ZR2 better than the Raptor, and no sunroof option for Raptor! I think i'll be pleasantly surprised if and when I receive my sand dunne metallic ZR2 :)
100% agree… rn I’m still saving and getting my credit up, but ima get my ZR2 and go on the beach every weekend, just put in bigger Twin Turbos, and maybe add in a cold air intake and you got a better Raptor, with better ventilation, better bed, and better interior. And I’ll probably add a running board just because I don’t go on the trails too much
I just bought a 2024 Canyon AT4X and bought it for $1000 off list price and no haggling needed with no surprises. Love the AT4X.

Gm finally has a really nice interior ! I actually have a low mile 2007 Canyon 4x4 , just for getting around town, I also have a 3/4 ton 4x4 and a one ton 4x4 , and have to say I am in love with my old 2007 canyon, and drive it the most ,mostly due to its size , but this new one is really nice , sure the price is as well , but compared to the full size trucks with these options, its a deal !
I have a 24 an order and is supposed to have shipped. Couple features I wish the truck would have. Power Folding mirrors. Ability to select just back for the heated seat.

I love the truck, but the dealer installed options are crazy, nitrogen for $199., screen protector $199.
That’s funny they ask for these bullshit ads. Dealers up here in Minnesota are offering $2000 factory rebate. And a local dealer is offering $3500 off the ZR2’S

It's the cheapest out of the whole competition, only mid-size that's cheaper is the Nissan Frontier but that vehicle is still built on its old platform and comes with way less stuff and performance. Nissan doesn't have 4 wheel auto and you can't engage rear lockers unless you are on low...
Ford Ranger Raptor, GMC Canyon At4x, Toyota Tacoma's two top dogs are all wayyyy more pricy then the Chevy Colorado ZR2 for what it gives.
I’m glad I’m only 5’6 so I can fit comfortably in these smaller trucks.
Raptor Ranger would be my choice but thats if dealers dont mark it up a bunch.The ZR2 is still a cool truck.
Im really digging this truck. Never been a mid size truck fan until this generation Colorado and Tacoma. Both are great. This seems like its going to be a easier pill to swallow. The TRD Pro Tacoma is probably going to be a bit more. Dont love the baby engine. Man, lets drop the 6.2 in this guy.
What I would like to see is a Chevrolet Colorado 2 door and 4 door five seated SUV in two packages, a two wheel drive and 4x4... Same with the GMC Canyon... NOW THAT I WOULD DEFINITELY BUY ONE!!!

The white color looks good with those black wheel well guards and the black grill. Found one in my area that only has 2500 miles on it for 51grand. May offer them to pay 48 grand and see if dealer will sell it to me fir that price. That way by buyung a used zr2 i will not have to pay the crazy 1595.00 destination charge that would apply when buying a new zr2 trucks.

I love how the Colorado is smaller and economical so the average guy might be able to buy one. I would definitely pay 25k for this truck. So glad GM makes something for the average family.
Why for the name of Pete don’t they use LED lights for the interior lighting. We’re in 2024 already and LED lighting has been out now like forever. I don’t understand why they still use halogen bulbs for the interior lights. Why is it if you want LED lighting inside yiu have to pay extra for a higher trim level to get a LED bulbs that are $ 1.00 a bulb.

What's with all the little 4 cylinder turbos? What's wrong with either a straight 6 (preferably diesel) or v6 twin turbo. Great looking truck and looks more than capable. Looks like the Raptor Ranger offers more for less assuming dealers don't price gouge. This is based off of going to each website and building/pricing. Even priced the new AT4X AEV.
On a side note...wish I could do what you do reveiwing vehicle especially cool trucks!

It is sorted out, few recals tho but at least it's on the compagny dime. The 2024 models are without any of those issues tho I would opt to buy a different battery. 😂 Heard rumors that the dying battery issue isn't 100% solved, but chevrolet claimed they did solve it by making their over the air updates not drain them.
can anyone share their insights on the comfort of the seats, apparently they are not full leather it’s like part thick fabric cloth and then leather in the middle . if it’s anything like i had in a jeep idk if that’s comfy for a long ride but im curious with the leather trim in the middle and ventilation how comfy they are

@@kx8960 the new Taco is a nice truck but a bit overpriced in Michigan where I live you can't get one under 60,000 I just ordered the Ranger Raptor v6 twin turbo 405 horse power and 510 foot pound of torque and I paid just over 57,000 and I'll get it in 2 months the Ranger is a better deal
