Parkview Bowl - Game 4 - 11/17/2017

I traveled to Rochester, NY to bowl at Parkview Bowl with my friend Chris, who bowls league there. This is my second time bowling there. They have wood lanes, hand oiled, and it's a challenge. Hope you enjoy the videos.

Increase your vitamin C intake, you have lower back stiffness. And not the ascorbic acid CRAP! Just include two whole lemons squeezed in water each day, or sauerkraut twice a week. That should give you 10-20 pins more.
