I thought it was awesome. Love the pacing and the cinematography. Ignore the idiots saying “it has no story blah blah blah,” I like to think of short films like this as a piece of a much larger story. Very well done

I don't get it. There really is no story there - no beginning, no end, not even a middle. If this were just one idea out of a story, then I'd say it was very well done.
Good atmosphere, decent cinematography, the sound design was nice... But the main problem is it lacks clarity and a climax. Was he an intruder committing a B&E? If so why did he have keys? Was it his home? If so why did he creep around like he was looking to not get caught? If he was visiting his grandparent (curtains look like something an older generation would have not his own) why did he creep around? Who was the other person? Why should I be afraid? And then it ends without answering any of the questions... Sadly this feels like a style without substance kind of video... Which is too bad because it could be easily fixed. Call it uninvited, have the guy use keys that are clearly not his own (You could have the keychain have a fob that has like "Worlds greatest Grandma!" on it or something on it to clearly show he stole them), and have him looking for valuables, maybe rifle through a jewelry box in the bedroom. Then you have the leg shot, show the putter being lifted off the floor and then end. Adds basically no time to the length, explains the situation better, and implies a clear ending. As is its just a hairy legged man sneaking up on someone who came to visit him invited. The only thing scary about the video is the editing...
I appreciate you taking the time to actually analyze the film despite not liking it. In truth the film was very spur of the moment when I recorded. I was not super focused on story at the time which is a fault of mine. It was just a fun idea of mine while I was bored at a relatives house. I am glad you liked the look and the sound as with each film I make I hope to improve and your thoughts on my film are very helpful! Thanks for watching!
@@Pine._.Pictures Well i'm glad you took the criticism well. I tried to be constructive without being mean so if it worked then thats great. I didn't dislike the film, more it was simply confusing which took me out of the emersion.
