- Our prayer is that the advice, in the midst of this trial, will bless you and help you, as we remember that we, as children of the Most High, are to swim counter to the culture, and although it may not be easy, may we seek contentment in the midst of it and press on through the Spirit of GOD!

I know how you feel. It’s hard going against society’s norms, and it hurts, I struggle as well, but we must be strong, knowing that God sees us, he is with us, and he will get us through. Whatever we suffer for the Lord is not in vain. We are storing up treasures and joy! It will all be worth it! We are spiritual warriors for Christ. We are showing our love for the one who showed his love for us. Christ died and shed his blood for our sins so that we can be saved through faith in his atonement. Praise the Lord for this gift! God bless you all! Stay strong. We are in this fight together. 🙂

I understand perfectly what you are saying and feeling... When we decide to lead a simpler life, to go back to basics, to seek the truth, to seek God, a great force of opposition stands against us, the people who follow the influences of this fallen world (mainly the most intolerant) despise us, reject us (and for some who are even more wicked) can even persecute us...
The Lord uses you and your children to enlighten people who have lost their way in this fallen world (and some of whom (who do not yet know Jesus) nevertheless have hope in the depths of their hearts to find what there is better in humanity)).
Thank you for this wise teaching David and Nacole and for this video sharing filled with truth and emotion.

Yes! This is so true. Seeking YAHUAH isn't for the faint of heart. We must count the cost of being His disciple, but it sure is incredible to be counted as His. I think this is very good for all followers of Christ. What an example of how to keep the faith in not compromising our faith. And it's so beautiful that we see a man and his wife walking together in their walk with the Lord.
And for the single men and women to just take joy in seeing that our married brothers and sisters in Christ have that blessing from God...while they have a blessing in the relationship they have as an individual with the Lord. Our commonality is we all have a relationship with Jesus when we spend time alone with Him...every day.,.that's what He created us for.
I'm so glad you have each other...and seek what God's Word says.

We will never conform to the narratives of this world, and be at peace ma'am. Remember the passages from Matthew 6 in which Jesus says not to be anxious about anything and the Philippians 4:6 in which Paul say "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God." and Psalm 46 9-11: "He makes wars cease to the ends of the earth. He breaks the bow and shatters the spear; he burns the shields with fire. He says, "Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth." The Lord Almighty is with us;
the God of Jacob is our fortress."
