Can you pls tell where shuttle from Makkah train session drop which hotels are just in front of haram
It drops near Jabal al Kabbah on Jarwal side. The hotels nearby Jabal al Kabbah are Sheraton, Annum Hotel, Shaza Makkah etc. It is near the new extension of haram. If you see the last few minutes of the video you will get some idea. Hope this helps.
Which website use to book tickets ?
I booked from the Harmain Train website. If you google Harmain Train, you will easily find their website. There is also the Harmain Train app, which you can download on your mobile and book using it. Hope this helps.
I have heard that they don’t allow big suitcases. What about big luggage? Please tell us about luggage.
They allow one big suitcase, but it should be of size 65 x 55 x 35 cm (length-height-width). Not more than this. Otherwise, they will not allow it. Besides, passenger will be able to carry one extra hand luggage: backpack, laptop bag, camera bag, purse, nursery bag and any similar items.
If you have more luggage or larger suitcases them I would recommend taking taxi.

No, it is not free. But it is very cheap. It was 8 riyal per person.

How to book ticket for late timings. I cannot see any option after 10PM
If you do not see it on their website then there may not be any train at that time. May be in Ramadan they run more train times.

Han gee shayed promotion ticket thee. Aur time bhi subah kay 2:35am kaa thaa. Tickets kee price kafi vary karti hein. Mein mai Makkah say Madinah 224 rayyal kaa liya thaa aur meray bhai ko 276 kaa mila thaa. Uss nai kuch din baad ticket liya tha. JazakAllah

Yes, you can do it in 3 hrs after entering Masjid al Haram.
Now it’s showing 69 riyal from jeddah Airport to Makkah.
I will travel on 29 April as coming directly from pakistan, and will go to my hotel first which is Vocco, we are couple and whats your recommendation.

I think cab may be better as you can go directly to hotel. Otherwise you will take the train, then the bus and bus also take you close to Haram. Vocco is at some distance from Haram. So I would suggest a cab. Thanks
I think there was some promotion at that time so I got it cheaper. Also I travelled at 2:35 am so that may also be the reason I got cheaper.

My flight landed at 1:00am and I took 2:35am train so 1 hour and 35 minutes and I have no issue. But I do not have any checked in luggage and only hand luggage. If you have to pick up the luggage, then I would say have some extra time for the luggage collection.

You can take 1 bag and 1 hand luggage. The bag size is important, and you will have it on the ticket. Normally, the bag that is allowed to check in on air travel is ok unless it is a very large bag. Hope this helps

If the bag is too large or of different shape, then they do not accept it. There is a postal service on the train station which can send your bag to the destination station through post. They charge some money for it per bag. I was travelling from Madinah to Makkah a few years back and had a carton of dates. They didn't allow it on the train and I have to use the postal service. Then I have to collect it from Makkah station after a couple of days. They do not post to the hotel or any other address but just the train station. So I would say be very careful about bags to avoid all the pain.
So if you have very large bags I would recommend to use to taxis etc as it will take you directly to the hotel. The exact size of the bag allowed you to check on their website.

They only allow 1 bag per passenger. I do not think there is an option to add excess baggage. There is an option to send bag through saudi postal service which have got a counter at each station but issue is that they do not deliver at hotel or home and only deliver it to the destination train station. And it is a pain as you have to collect it yourself after a day or two. So if you have extra baggage, I think taxi is the best option to avoid all the issues as it will take you directly to your hotel.
