Here in Boston Massachusetts we have some nurses this incredible. During a massive hurricane when the streets had flooded and even the hospital generators went out, they manually pumped oxygen into the lungs of the infants from the NICU by counting the seconds from one breath to the next as they carried the babies through the flood waters, trudging through water well past their thighs at times, to get them to the only part of the city where ambulances were able to drive to and every infant survived because of those nurses. These women who look out for the most vulnerable among us, regardless of where they are in the world, are the capeless heroes of the human race. 💪🙌 Well done ladies!
Most people don’t realize that if there is a hurricane, earthquake, fire or any other disaster, we have to stay and protect the patients. We are the help.
When i was a med student, I didn’t really know the role of nurses that much. But now being a doctor, I have huge huge respect for nurses. They are the unsung heroes. They care for patients like their own children and family. Nurses are angels. Lots of love Nd respect
I wish these people gets quick help and support from every nook and corner of the world. And these medical staff protecting the babies putting their lives into trouble says they are angels !!
As a NICU nurse myself my heart is breaking for these sweet babies and these nurses. I can’t imagine how scared they were for so many reasons but I have mad respect for them and am proud to be part of the nursing profession I have met so many amazing families in my career and amazing mentors (angels) too. Prayers 🙏🏻 for the people of Turkey. I have no words my heart breaks so much loss and devastation. 😢
They are angels of the world, huge Respect for these nurses..
they didn't think twice and stay there whole the time. what a pure heart
They didn't care about their own safety and made sure the babies were ok. That's amazing. If everyone were like them this world would be so beautiful.
Those nurses deserve a medal! We need more people on this planet that have their hearts of compassion and courage!
