Is this an CC-CV module? If so you can configure it so that you don't even need separate Charge Controller. Just set it to Output say 28.8v for your 24v battery bank and set current limit to reasonable level.

You can't raise watt hour bro but you don't need a controller if you have a voltage booster or decreaser because with the help of these devices you can get s specific voltage to charge your batteries :)

Because 4 V panel with 100mah power is so much low that can't be traced....this is very little it can only light a led bulb that's too when fully exposed to sunlight.... You panel is just 0.4 watt.....
i am creating a solar bicycle so i am using 12 v , 50 watt solar panel and then i am boosting it to 36 v and then attached to mppt charge controller of 12/24 v 20 a charger and my battery is of 24 v 15 ah. so am i going on right way please guide me .
I would suggest you to buy solar cells because a 50watt panel is not gona help you instead it will raise weight in comparison to power.... I would say buy solar cells then attache solar cells in series so that you get 30+V then add all other cells in parallel and attach them with Canvas or Jeans cloth then you will be able to fold it in inside a bag and you can get higher power also such as 200-300watt just with foldable solar penal then you can charge it by placing under sun higher current will insure fast charging.... If you'll boost an 18v solar panel of 5.5Amp to let's say 30v, the amps will stay the same (using it in a MPPT solar charge controller)?
