Yep. That's why old coaches encourage big men to secure ball with 2 hands. Tuck it under your chin and let that chicken wing out. Risk takers will get a bloody nose or nasty cut.

Maybe at low levels but eventually every big is bringing that ball down with some muscle. You might catch some bigs who don’t know your there but if they know you’re there it’s probably not going to work.

Any park if ur in a decent area don’t be afraid to play with older dudes no better way to learn than playing pick up games seeing everyone have different styles and shots
