Strong partnerships create bonds within our communities and the ability for organizations to come together to help people in need of mental and behavioral health crisis care. This is C.A.R.T. The Crisis Assessment Response Team is a partnership between the Wausau Police Department, Marathon County Sheriff's Office and North Central Health Care.
