@@Marcolino10DK speaking as a former IT director, I think that's part of your issue: wrong ratio of developers to testers. Get rid of 1 or 2 devs, hire 1 or 2 testers; and don't think in-house UAT will do the job well enough
Eastern Europe Backgammon is just a way of life, you go with your buddy to a cafe & play for a coffee..
Are most players even aware that there are 2 other games in Greek called Fevga & Plakoto that are played side by side !?
