They means the co office or the land owner, the registration of the land will be provided only. As Newtown and rajarhat areas are I guess not been muted by co , it's only done by municipal office

Loan is not possible for land. Per katha price is min 65 lacs.
But you cant build home like your way , Its cooperative land?
It’s not a co-operative land, it’s individual property, construction already started

That has no value, it’s not in new town area, neither HIDCO plot. Suvarnabhumi is a private project and risk is thr. No development forecast. Affordability depends on person to person.

First of all that one is not in new town. Second, that place is under panchayat, no development. Top most, that entire company and concept is a fake and fraudulent.

Buying land is a difficult process.. getting right agent even more difficult… prices starts from 1.15 Cr ( registration and 2% brokerage additional)and size of the land starts from 2.25 katha.
