This is the most complex animated short film we've done so far. The initial goal was to make a short film based on football and we pitched this idea around the first Football match on the Moon. We had a ton of fun working with the Nordeus team and also learnt a lot making this short film. Super proud of the final result! Hope you enjoyed it :)

That was incredible! I wonder what it;s like to choreograph such a song scene in 3d, especially with all those football robots movin around like crazy lol. And speaking of football, I didn't know football managers was a thing until now. looks pretty interesting!

Just loving the concept out of no world...
But was expected a more real simulation of the movement...
The only reason, I didn't hit the like button, neither the dislike is- Moons gravitational pull was ignored...
We actually did consider moon's weak gravity for the ball simulation( the whole scene is actually built to real world scale) and the animation is driven by motion capture for the most part, but we've slowed that down a bit and animated the characters to have a slightly higher bounce for reach step they take. Guess it needs to be a bit more

How do you make your textures look so realistic?? Thanks!
An important thing about getting textures to look right is to have clean UVs and make sure the scaling is correct. You'll also need to consider the all the other materials settings and nodes.
