This perfectly conveys the sort of scale and spirituality I felt was missing in the first two seasons of Castlevania. I kind of wish they just did SotN but made it incredibly thematic and atmospheric.
Honestly, I completely understand where you're coming from in saying that the TV show missed a lot of the sanctity of castlevania, but the sanctity in castlevania only really appeared at and after SotN. Before, it was just a mindless (and insanely fun) game about whipping monsters. There wasn't much atmosphere in the bigger classicvanias like IV and bloodlines compared to SotN.

I just wish they committed to either a faithful adaptation of Castlevania III or a retelling of it with SotN-onwards aesthetics. As it stands, the series personally feels a bit confused to me, which is a shame. I'm glad other people like it, though. I'm always down for more Castlevania! Just nitpicking

Grant being missing, Alucard not going on a power nap after killing his dad, etc. There are a bunch of weird story alterations, that I'm scared they screw it up.

@@VictorVonBelmont I just recently understood why we should say "Dance of Pearls" instead of "Pales" (after 12 years+studying japanese. The solution was in front of me all this time) I say that because "Dance of pearls" has a better imagery to it than "Pales". That's awesome anyways ! Cause the plugins you use just sound super cool. you've got all my respect doing that (if it wasn't already clear x)) I'll have a listen to your personal music :)
