Our printer shows viscosity fault...
We clean up the viscometer, YV1 valve, gunbody cleaning, but our issue same as i mention...

Can you discuss, ink builds up on the gutter, it happened the next day after proper shut down with cleaning

This could be due to improper alignment of the ink jet. If the ink jet is not in proper alignment, some of the droplets could be clipping/collecting on the gutter itself. I’d recommend watching our “backflushing” video to make sure the nozzle is clear of debris and that the alignment is correct. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, then I’d move on to the “physical alignment” video.
