Great flying weather Jeff. That Channel islands aircraft would probably be landing at Eastleigh. Last time i went from there to Jersey & Gurnsey was in a Britten Norman Islander twin & Sat next to the pilot…. About 1967! Before you were born! Well flown bro.
I like the Kingfisher - your video has made we want to fly mine - I will include it in the next Flying Session (No.4) I do - Nice all round - takeoff, flight and landing - I use a 4s 2800 in mine - I see you are using a 3s 2200 - have you thought about trying it on 4S...
@@Isleofwightr.c-ec2ef - Jeff - I have made a mistake - and you are 100% correct in that the Kingfisher battery should be 3S and NOT 4S - sorry , Martyn
While the Kingfisher's instructions say 3S the stock ESC ("40A "Predator") says right on the case 2-4 Lipos. A few have stated that they have had no 4S problems but at least one has had a bust in the various forums. It would be probably best to keep the C rating moderately conservative when choosing a 4S battery.

That must have been great to sit next to the pilot, did he let you have a go on the controls?, yes the weather was a lot better.
