I do maintenance work on a underground mining refuge chambers that have filters and CO/CO2 scrubbers. The blower motor actually doesnt look too dissimilar to these, but that said I've only ever had to change 1 out, and the problem had been misdiagnosed, the motor was actually fine but the circuit board controlling it failed. I was surprised when I changed it because the replacement motor came from a boat supplier and was actually a 12VDC bilge pump motor, even though in the refuge chambers its only supplied from a 5VDC power source. I queried why, turns out engineers had done calculations and that it was sized precisely for what was required in air changeover if there were 20 people average people inside to keep the CO2 level at 0.5%, no more no less.
Just stuff that needs to be considered with these things, you put a big beefy motor in, thats fine but if your pulling 500% more volume of air through your filters, they will clog up and need changing 500% faster. Also you might be running off limited emergency power/auxilliary batteries, in that case do you want the blower motor to be bigger than what you actually need using more power?

Hey i just started the purchase f some land in south WV and its basically a small mountain and 1/2 the valley on one side. The lower area has an old cave system in it that was mined for minerals and precious stones for a decade or so. There are three different caves with the largest in the middle and two smaller caves which are still pretty large them selves on either side of the main. The plan is to have the large one for a work shop vehicle and the bomb shelter it self. Then the larger of the two smaller one was connected to the main by the old miners that worked it. The one that is connected will be part hospital and part storage for all food and medical supplies as well as a decontamination area and clean room. Since i had access t actual hospital quality items i will have a pretty awesome one with a doctor and surgical dentist(what ever they are called) for staff. I also have two daughters that work in the medical field as one works in a lab and the others as a medical assistant at a local hospital. Then we have about 5 family that are either retired or have been in the military or are active military so security is covered. The last cave which i will construct a safe connection from the main to it as well so all three caves connect. Since the main has a spring at the bottom of it at the deepest part of the cave water wont be an issue. But the last cave is a big enough cave to have the armory and munitions storage along with sleeping quarters and kitchen and bathroom facilities. There is also a large area that could be used for a hydro or standard grow area for food. I have had grow lights for years in storage and will have a chance to use them. If there a company that you can give me contacts for so i can see how i what i would need and the kind of system i would need to supply air for the whole complex? Since with minimal work inside of the caves and most of my cost and work ,will be involved in covering the entrance ways for all three and separating all three areas from each other with air tight entrances. Compartmentalize it like a submarine almost? So that if one area fails you can retreat to another and not all is lost. Always good to have plan "B" and "C" since there is three common areas. If i were to guess i would probably need three of your set ups ,one for each area. All independent of each other. So once again backup to the backup of the bacup....heheThe caves are so old and have been so completely explored the entire cave system is air tight so this is perfect for a nutjob like me to prep for my family. LOL I would also like the largest storm shelter i can get put in the ground under the home/cabin we are going to build that will be a emergency exit or entrance to the complex as the building sight is just out of sight of the caves yet close enough too it that it would be easy to do. So it would be a huge storm shelter that could be entered as a safe room to stat with and if there is a reason to flee to the main bunker one of your escape hatches will be in the rear with the door hidden in some way? It al came to me in a dream! I just need to get the dang land deal done to get a move on it before all hell breaks loose with Russia and China!!! I would be about 100yrds of tunnel from the home site to the caves. Which the entrance t the caves will come up just outside of the main cave. That way if the people we would be running from may have the resources and time to search for a way in they could find the tunnel and have access to the door of the bunker tunnel. So if it dosnt go all the way into the main bunker they cant possibly use it to gain entrance to our bunker. Then of course i have an Engineer looking for the best place for us to build an escape tunnel from all three caves that will join together to lead people out of the main bunker and come out on top , of the mountain or just about 100feet down from the top of it on the opposite side? I have not decided that part yet? Well for now all i need is time to speed up so the full paperwork can go threw and i can start actually working the land? Could take up to 30days :>/ One way or the other i will need at least a 10person bomb shelter. Once i get some land if this deal falls threw as well? Both times i started and they balked! ??? Its not been easy finding just the right parcel of land we want?! :>( thanks great video

Those sureflow dc fans are great...for pushing a bit of air in your open boat bilge. (What I have seen them used for on some boats here in the UK)It will work as a low power extraction fan but it is no way powerful enough to pull air through pipes and filters to supply a bunker. I’ve been asking for this video for awhile. Good to know you listen, or maybe it’s a coincidence since there are many unanswered questions.
What are the space/occupancy limits of your Swiss and Israeli air filter systems?
How often does the filter need to run to keep good air in the bunker if my plan is to not visit it for months at a time or maintain power onsite?
If the bunker is occupied does the filter need to run continuously or is there a recommended duration per hour per guest?
If someone were trying to smoke you out with carbon monoxide or a wildfire burns up the local oxygen, how long can you stay buttoned down with no intake?
As carbon can be damaged by humidity, do you recommend keeping the filter sealed until needed, and rely on a dust filter for refreshing the bunker in normal environments?
Could this air system be incorporated into an

@Debs not sure it's always intentional to rip the customer off but when you go too far maximizing profit or lose either pride in your product and respect for your customer base the product cheapens. They think "so what if we lose some of our customers, there's plenty more who don't know better and will still buy"
I've worked in 17 other countries and seen some bad shit (ex: in Nicaragua, Venezuela or Columbia) where there was epidemic graft and corruption and life is cheap.... It's better here in the US (which is why millions of people around the world want to come here!) and with all our flaws we're still trying to 'be better'.

You can have a generator system or Battery Bank and inverter to supply the power, but then you run into another problem initially ... what if its a nuclear strike ?
The EMP will knock out the electronics in the inverter and batteries .. if they have internal BMS .. then there will be no power at all.
The only way around this is to have the power generation system fully enclosed in a metal enclosure (farraday cage) and made entirely EMP proof!!

To me, as good as the Swiss and Israeli filtration units are, the 'typical' installations that I've seen .. don't seem to make sense.
As can be seen in the video, fresh air comes in through an intake duct .. into a pump (electric/crank handle driven) before being output to the inside of ones protective shelter.
In the case of a 'nuclear' detonation .. the filter canister is inserted into the circuit (as can be seen with the flexible hoses) and this carbon filled canister filters out 99.99% of the irradiated particles. Great!!
This does however, leave one further issue of 'vital' importance .... the now 'radioactive particle catching canister' is INSIDE your protective shelter .. and the radiation being emitted is NOT going to be stopped by a thin piece of sheet metal.
It seems to make much more sense to me, to have the 'canister' located on the outside of the 'protective' wall .. probably in its own heavy concrete enclosure, so that the filtered outlet can now pass through the main wall without compromising its shielding effectiveness. (ie. a 6" hole in the wall where the duct comes in)
Obviously, the pump/hand crank needs to be located safely inside the main protective shelter area. (bunker)

Normally I would say if the product were made in a western country vs china then the western country would be a better made product because we cannot compete with price but can on quality. But there is some Rising S products in this video so my observation is mute here.

I've never wanted one of your shelters more than I do now. And I'm in Philly ! I can't imagine what citizens in Ukraine are going through right now and I hope I never have to find out. And it could be much worse. 💔😢😠🤬. 🕊️🙏💟

Britain is becoming swizz they air pressure test most new buildings it's for heat control and efficiency that ironically needs an exhaust system. Israel have different requirements

That tiny fan RS is using for their system is pathetic. I think those are supposed to be for exhaust blowers or stove vents.

Your "review" seems very biased. You can't say you want to show difference.
Yet, you only show the one you call junkie / sub standard.
Necer got to see a break down of the systems which you like or recommend.
Not even showing the air flow created by the more expensive models seems bad when trying to compare.
I do not doubt your claims are accurate, yet still can lead to questions
