When you buy a cheaper house without the upgrades, your taxes are lower, by saving on taxes, you can always upgrade..getting new washer n dryer, newer cabinets, those things can be upgraded. A bigger older house with more rooms, even though its older, u can always put new floors, paint etc...taxes on a 450k..calculate for the year..peace and love

Thank you for sharing. Little Tofu is learning how to speak, so cute 🥰. For young families with children four bedroom homes is a better choice, if you are Chinese, try to live not too far away from the place where you can get Asian food or restaurants. Hope Ari and Jay could find an idea home 🏠

The kitchen has one thing need to be changed ... a FOTILE brand of range hood (vent out) for Chinese cooking. You need three car garage, and 4-5 bedrooms and 3 and half bath rooms

I thought tha t house was pretty cozy and offered up some nice amenities. I'm sure you two will make the right choice. And Xiao Tofu is learning some words already. How cool! He's a smart young guy. Liked the way he was navigating down those stairs.
Loved the firework scene, it's gonna be Xiao Tofu's core memory in the future, very sweet family time. Also loved how patiently you both taught Xiao Tofu to crawl down the stairs 🥰
這房子對男主人比較累，因為女主人恐將只能做個家庭主婦，無法有自己的事業可以分擔男主的壓力，如果男主希望女主也能有個工作的話比較難。

You guys need to consider south Johnson County in Kansas side such as Overland Park, Olathe, Leawood, where there is a big Chinese community. Its Blue Valley School District is one of the best even nationwide.

It's a bargain for less the a million. Inner city run down homes in South L.A cost average 700K. With very high crime rates also.

2600sq used to cost me about $350K brandnew. This is still a "bubble price". And since the housing market is going down, this is the very bad timing to buy. I've been through the last one, I am not going in or suggest anyone to go in for a nightmare.

Kansas City 差不多跟中國的3 線城市一樣， 一般人的收入也是偏低。 像這樣大小的房子和庭院在我居住的洛杉磯郊區城市大約要3 百萬。 南加州（大洛杉磯）和北加州（舊金山以及郊區的城市） 房價是美國最貴的區域， 增值也快很多。不過工作多，薪水也高很多） 。
不是美国房子不贵、是十八线城市哪里都不贵、在美国你去纽约、洛杉矶、圣迭戈、尔湾等一、二线城市看看房价贵不贵？！
