  • We’re back with another video! This week, we wanted to show you the breakfast and dinner buffet at BAHIA PRINCIPE GRAND TULUM. Beautifully renovated, the buffet is much nicer, and the food is excellent. They even have a wonderful kid’s section “Bahia Scouts”. The wide open space gives a lot of room to look around and choose what you want to eat. Enjoy the video!

    Just came back Saturday from there. Food is good, servers don't seem always so happy or eager to help you, sometimes they just even choose for you like saying: "Just move it along". Some hospitality training will help with that. Besides that great place to eat.

    • @WherewegoingNext
      @WherewegoingNext  Před 3 lety +1

I'm not speaking for anyone else, actually my relatives disagree with me cause they experience awesome service at buffet. Awesome! We booked an excursion on site with the tour operators in the basement. Lots of availability. But do check up on the dates right when you arrive so you can plan in advance. Some of the sea activities will cancel if the weather is bad.

    Is there a difference in the food quality between the Coba, Tulum & Akumal?

    • @WherewegoingNext
      @WherewegoingNext  Před 3 lety +1

      If i recall, the juices are fresh. They are very delicious and tasted much more natural than the ones we have at home. Tulum and Akumal food is basically the same. Coba will be a little lesser of an offering than the Luxury and Grand resorts.

      @WherewegoingNext  Před 3 lety

      Our departure was 3 days before the testing started. I’ve heard that the testing is easy so long as you plan it out and don’t leave it until the last minute. We did leave the resort, it was an organized excursion though. I reckon you can get a lift to the city. It’s about 30-40 mins south. Ask one of the bell guys to help you get a reliable taxi ! 👍🏻

      Hey Carlos. Thanks for the kind words.
      1) yup! You can visit the other hotels and eats and drink there. The only exception is Sian Kaan.
      2) if you want close to the beach, building 66 is good. If you want adults only, 82/83 are great! If you want close to the lobby. 47, 48, 49.

    • @WherewegoingNext
      @WherewegoingNext  Před 2 lety

      I believe you can do an ala carte every night, depending on availability. The buffet is where you serve yourself and the ala cartes are where you order from a menu and have a waiter who brings you your food. Yes, only the buffet serves breakfast 👍🏻
