I do want to add that Mr. Allen did describe himself what he meant “bad type s$&t” meant to him and that it was $€dual in nature. Also I worked in college as an RA in a dorm and there were several times young ladies would wake up after being blackout drunk. We had to take them in for grape test kits because they didn’t have the coherence to recall what had happened. When someone is blackout drunk, they cannot consent, so that is SA. I’m not saying she’s telling all the truth but if she was even just drunk to the point of passing in and out of consciousness, then she cannot consent to any S€xual activity
